All over downtown Rochester, you may see these RTS bus stops. Many of them continue to be vandalized, costing RTS and the city $3,000 per glass pane, an expense that comes directly from the taxpayers. While some funding comes from the state, the City of Rochester owns several of these stops, which adds to the local financial burden. GSL News is currently awaiting a response from both RTS and the city to determine what is being done to stop this burden on the public.
