Rochester Police Honor Local Youth with “Do The Right Thing” Awards
ROCHESTER, NY — The City of Rochester Police Department recently held a ceremony to celebrate the newest winners of the “Do The Right Thing” awards. The event recognized a group of local young people for their bravery, leadership, and integrity.
For 30 years, this program has highlighted the positive choices made by youth that often go unnoticed. This year’s ceremony featured inspiring stories of students helping others in need and standing up for what is right in their schools and neighborhoods.
