Rochester Police have taken two men and two boys into custody following a violent incident and subsequent car chase that ended in a crash on Stone Street.
According to investigators, a 13-year-old boy was waiting for a bus this morning when he was assaulted by a group of eight to ten suspects. A 48-year-old driver stopped to intervene, but the suspects pointed a gun at him and stole his vehicle along with the teenager’s phone.
Police pursued the stolen car until it crashed, leading to the apprehension of the four suspects.
