BREAKING NEWS: A 54-year-old man died after being struck by a car in the 1300 block of Culver Road near Vermont Street in Rochester, New York at around 2:53 p.m. Friday. He was rushed to the hospital but later pronounced dead.
The driver remained at the scene, and the Rochester Police Department does not believe drugs or alcohol were factors. RPD officers have cordoned off the area with police tape and blocked traffic while they investigate the crash.
