Raheen Gayden, better known as “Stxpidmane Bills,” has been making a major difference in his community since 2021 through his “Guns Down, Gloves Up” initiative. By creating videos and bringing gang members and everyday residents together, he is actively working to resolve any conflict in the city peacefully.
