Chaos Erupts at Charlotte Beach
ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Chaos broke out at Charlotte Beach today, leaving families and children terrified.
Witnesses say a large crowd, mostly made up of teenagers, caused a major disturbance. At one point, a gun was reportedly seen, causing people to flee the area in fear. We are currently waiting for official updates from the Rochester Police Department.
