BREAKING NEWS: A dirt bike rider is in stable condition after a serious crash in front of the Blue Cross Arena this afternoon.
Rochester Police responded to the intersection of Exchange Boulevard and West Broad Street around 2:30 PM. Officers found a male rider bleeding severely after being hit by a vehicle.
The victim was rushed to Strong Memorial Hospital. Officials say the driver involved stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators. No word yet on whether any tickets or charges will be issued.
